CONDITIONS AND PRICES OF MASTER CLASSES

Participation
Participants in the master classes are divided into two categories: Active and Passive. The choice of Active participants is at the sole discretion of the class professor. In all master classes a professional piano accompanist will be present, except in the Conducting, Concertmaster and Timpani master class.
At the conclusion of the master classes, each participant will receive a certificate. The most successful participants will have the chance to take part in the final concerts.

Application and payment
Fill in the application form online and pay the application fee (EUR 50.-) directly online.
The application fee 50 € that you have already paid is non-refundable and is necessary if you want to have the possibility to be selected for the master class. Note, an application is only valid upon the receipt of the payment of the 50 €. The payment of the application fee does NOT ensure your participation in the master class.

The enrolment will be confirmed only after having received the application fee. The fee will not be refunded in case of withdrawal. The confirmation letter of the enrolment will be sent after having received the deposit. The rest of the course fee must be paid in full before 10 June 2015 through the link you will find on the confirmation letter with the results on May 2015. The course fee is additional to the application fee – the course fee does not include the application fee.

In the instrumental master classes the maximum number of participants is 12 students and in the Conducting, Concertmaster and Timpani master class 8 students. Active participants will be selected by the professors after the application closes on 15 May 2015 and you will be informed about the results until 22 May 2015. You will then have time to pay the entire master class fee until 10 June 2015.

Obligatory video for Conductors
For the Conducting master class the selections will be made upon your attached CV and video recording – there are no special requirements concerning the repertoire, the recording shouldn’t be longer than 30 minutes.

You can upload your video in the application or send it per email or through wetransfer to petra@slokaracademy.com.

Application deadline: 15 May 2015. After this date, applications will be possible only if there are places available.
